First impressions of the new 6.6.63-1.qubes.fc37.x86_64 are that the issue is
gone. Moreover, it seems the system is more responsive than even with the last
known good kernel 6.6.42-1.qubes.fc37.x86_64, but this remains to be seen over
the next couple of days.

Unknown devices are not allowed to make Internet connections, and the default
WLAN setting is to anonymize the MAC.
