Hi!

The issue was caused by my home router and firewall it seems:
Unknown devices are not allowed to make Internet connections, and the default 
WLAN setting is to anonymize the MAC.
So after enabling the original MAC I could update Dom0 and Fedora, but not 
Debian:
The Qubes Updater could not update Debian template that has no net VM, but from 
the Qubes Manager's context menu I was able to update the Debian template.
