Hardware: Lenovo Thinkpad P14s, latest BIOS Kernel version
6.6.54-1.qubes.fc37.x86_64 and 6.6.48-1.qubes.fc37.x86_64 both show two problems: a) Fan is on full speed all of the time. b) Occasionally, one or several VMs show high CPU load although nothing particular is running. The system becomes sluggish to the point of not being usable anymore. Kernel 6.6.42-1.qubes.fc37.x86_64 is fine, and all the versions before this one as well, as far as I can tell.
